Finanční rezervy na sanace a rekultivace ve vybrané těžební společnosti

Abstract

V přiložené bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na finanční rezervy na sanace a rekultivace ve vybraném těžebním podniku. Nejprve jsem se soustředila na výčet dopadů na krajinu, jež těžební činnost způsobuje. Poté jsem vyjmenovala možné typy rekultivací, jak tyto dopady odčinit a vrátit tak krajinu do původního stavu. Následně jsem se blíže zaměřila na rezervy na sanace a rekultivace a jejich formulaci v české, ale i mezinárodní legislativě. Posledním bodem mé bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout metodiku a modelový příklad pro výpočet těchto rezerv.

In the atteched bachelor thesis I focused on the financial reserves for remediation and reclamation in the selected mining company. First I focused on the listing of impacts on the landscape that the mining aktivity causes. Then I named the possible types of reclamation, how these impacts can be atoned to return the land to its original state. Then I aimed at the reserves for remediation and reclamation and their formulation in Czech, but also in international legislative. The last point of my bachelor thesis proposes the metohodology and the sample example for the calculation of these reserves.
