Neparametrické a semi-parametrické modely v analýze přežití

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat a na reálná data aplikovat neparametrické a semi-parametrické metody analýzy přežití. K dosažení tohoto cíle jsou v práci představeny neparametrické metody, a to Kaplanův-Meierův model, Log-rank test a metoda úmrtnostních tabulek, a dále semi-parametrický Coxův model. Práce se zabývá také regresní diagnostikou, zejména analýzou reziduí, hodnocením vhodnosti modelu a jeho verifikací. Prezentovaná teorie je nakonec aplikována na reálná lékařská data.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe non-parametric and semi-parametric methods of survival analysis and to test them on the real data. To achieve this, there are presented non-parametric models including Kaplan-Meier model, Log-rank test and life-table method, and semi-parametric Cox model. Furthermore the thesis focuses on regression diagnostic tools, especially residual analysis, a goodness of fit of model and its verification. Eventually, the presented theory is applied to real oncological data.
