Webová aplikace pro správu projektů

Abstract

Každý podnikatel a menší či středně velká společnost si musí umět organizovat svou práci. V některých případech se o tento výkon starají projektoví manažeři, ale někdy si tento úkol berou na svá bedra právě majitelé, nebo nerelevantní členi týmu. Organizace práce a přehlednost v úkolech je základem vedení a fungování každé společnosti. Právě organizace a přehledné řízení projektů je tématem mé bakalářské práce, protože jsem ve společnosti, kde pracuji, osobou zodpovědnou za tento úkon. Zabývám se zde problematikou provozu malé a středně velké společnosti a samotnou implementací aplikace potřebné k přístupu k informačnímu systému. Tato práce je orientovaná na spolupráci zaměstnanců (klientů) v jednom aplikačním rozhraní s možností výkazu a dalšími rozšířeními.

Every entrepreneur and small or medium-sized company must be able to organize their work. Work organization and clarity of the tasks of leadership is the foundation and functioning of any society. Now the organization and transparent project management is the topic of my thesis because I am in the company where I work the person responsible for this act. I deal with the problems of operating small and medium-sized companies, and implementing the applications needed to access the information system. This work is focused on the cooperation of employees (clients) in a single application interface with statement and other extensions.
