| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce obsahuje dvě části – část stavební a část TZB (technické zařízení budov). První stavební část řeší projektovou dokumentaci objektu pro sociální péči splňující požadavky příslušných norem. Druhá část TZB řeší rovnotlaké nucené větrání s rekuperací a vytápění objektu včetně ohřevu teplé vody tepelným čerpadlem vzduch-voda. Otopný systém je navržen nízkoteplotní s otopnými tělesy.
Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je snížení energetické náročnosti budovy.
Diplomová práce obsahuje textovou část, výkresovou část a přílohy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The Master´s thesis is composed of two parts – the constructional part and the building services part. The first constructional part deals with the project documentation of a home for elderly complying with the requirements of respective norms. The second building services part deals with balanced pressure forced ventilation with recuperation and heating including hot water heating by means of a air – water heat pump. The drafted heating system is a low temperature one with heating bodies.
The main goal of this Master´s thesis is to lower the energy performance of the building.
