Tato práce se zabývá stavebně technickým řešením novostavby administrativní budovy s restauračním provozem na úrovni dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Práce začíná konstrukčním řešením samotného objektu. Pokračuje výpočtem tepelné techniky za pomocí programů Area2014EDU, Teplo2014EDU (z balíčku stavební fyzika), Ztráty a Energie (od společnosti DEK).
