| dc.description.abstract | Obsahem této diplomové práce je dokumentace pro provedení stavby, technická zpráva, tepelně technické posouzení obálky budovy a energetický štítek obálky budovy.
Zadaným stavebním objektem je dům pro seniory. Součástí návrhu je i ordinace lékaře. Stavba je obdélníkového půdorysu o rozměrech 21,6 x 14,6 je navržena jako třípodlažní s plochou střechou. Kvůli svažitému terénu pozemku je část prvního nadzemního podlaží zapuštěna do terénu.
Cílem je vytvoření jednoduchého, ekonomického a funkčního návrhu, který bude splňovat všechny požadavky jak ze strany investora, tak platné legislativy. | cs |

The assigned building is House for elderly people. The part of project is also consulting room Ground plan of builging has rectangular shape with dimensions 21,6 x 14,6 m and it is designed as four-storeyed with flat roof. The part of first floor is embedded in ground, because of sloping estate.
Purpose of this project is designe simple, economical and fuctional design, witch will meet the requirements of investor and existing legislation. | en |
