| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika studie cyklotrasy mezi Kozmicemi a Hlučínem. Za tímto účelem je proveden rozbor současného stavu a návrh řešení s cílem zajištění komfortních podmínek využití cyklodopravy v souladu s Národní strategií rozvoje cyklistické dopravy České republiky pro léta 2013 až 2020 a s podmínkami dotačního titulu Státního fondu dopravní infrastruktury pro poskytování příspěvků na výstavbu a údržbu cyklistických stezek a příslušné legislativy. Při řešení jsou akceptována bezpečnostní, koncepční a ekonomická kritéria a rovněž dopravně bezpečnostní opatření pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The subject of this thesis is a study of cycling trail between Kozmice and Hlučín. For this purpose, an analysis of the current state is carried out along with solution proposal to ensure comfortable conditions for using cycle transport in accordance with The National Cycling Development Strategy of the Czech Republic for 2013 to 2020 and under the conditions of the subsidy title of State Transport Infrastructure Fund for provision of contributions to the construction and maintenance of cycling trails and related legislation. Safety, conceptual and economic criteria are considered during the solution alongside with the transport-safety measures for persons with reduced mobility. | en |
