Rekonstrukce moštovacího lisu s návrhem pohonu a vedení

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí vedení horní lisovací desky a případným návrhem vhodného umístění pohonu. Dále se zabývá pevnostní kontrolou kritických míst. První kapitola se zabývá obecnou definicí, typy a použitím lisů v různých odvětvích průmyslu. Následně byl proveden průzkum, jaká zařízení se používají k výrobě moštu. Konkrétně se tyto kapitoly týkají drtičů na ovoce a různých typů moštovacích lisů. V další části je představen stávající moštovací lis s řešenou problematikou. Následující kapitola se zabývají návrhem dvou způsobů řešení dané problematiky. Pro obě varianty byly provedeny analytickou metodou pevnostní výpočty kritických míst.

This bachelor thesis deals with the reconstruction of the line of the upper pressing plate and possible design of a suitable position of drive. It also deals with strenght test of critical sites. The first chapter deals with the general definiton, types and use of presses in various branches of industry. Subsequently, a survey was carried out on what facilities are used to produce the must. Specifically, these chapters concern fruit crushers and various types of ciders presses. In the next part an existing press with the solved problem is introduced. The following chapter deals with two ways to solve the problem. For both variants was done was done the strength analysis of critical points have been performed using the analytical method.
