Pevnostní kontrola včetně posouzení vzniku trhlin v plášti rotačního sušicího bubnu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá pevnostní kontrolou rotačního sušicího bubnu a jeho analýzou na únavu. V úvodu je popsán vznik těchto zařízení a dále je přiblíženo využití rotačních pecí. Následně je počítaný buben detailněji popsán. Dále je zde řešeno rozložení hmoty v bubnu. Tyto poznatky jsou potom využity pro vytvoření MKP modelu pro statickou analýzu. Po vyhodnocení statické analýzy je buben zkontrolován na únavu. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky a navržen další postup řešení problematiky.

The master thesis deals with the strength control of the rotary drying drum and its analysis of fatigue. The introduction is described the creation of these devices and the use of rotary furnaces is further approached. Subsequently, there is the calculated drum in more detail described. It also deals with the distribution of mass in the drum. These findings are then used to create a MKP model for static analysis. After evaluating the static analysis, the drum is checked for fatigue. In conclusion, the results are summarized and a further approach to the solution is proposed.
