Zavedení informačního systému do výrobního procesu

Abstract

Úkolem diplomové práce je popsat implementaci informačního systému do výrobního procesu. Nejprve je uvedena teoretická část, která čtenáře seznamuje s problematikou informačních systémů. Následně je zhodnocen stávající stav ve společnosti včetně jeho dosavadních vymožeností. Jako další je popsán postup implementace a představení nově implementovaného systému. V praktické části je nový informační systém otestován na výrobě dvou součástí, kde je popsán i průběh celého procesu. V závěru je celá práce zhodnocena.

The aim of this work is to describe the implementation process of new ERP system into production workflow. Theoretical part shows the global issues of ERP systems. The condition of today used information system is stated then. There is an effort to introduce new solution and to describe the implementation process. Practical part of this work is focused on trial operations, which are shown on two parts commonly produced by company. The whole work-flow process is shown on these parts. The final conclusion is situated on the end of this work.
