Hydraulický pohon balicí linky

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je navržení hydraulického pohonu balicí linky. V úvodní části jsou popsány konstrukční problémy potřebné řešit při návrhu balicí linky a jasně stanovené cíle. Rešerše byla rozdělena na 2 části. Nejdříve byly vyzdviženy podobnosti a odlišnosti nejrůznější typů balicích linek a poté představení užívaných systémů v balicích linkách pro kovové svitky. Vlastní návrhy koncepčních řešení s hodnocením kladů a záporů jsou již v části projektu. Následuje je schéma celé linky a popis všech dílčích operací v technickém řešení. Následuje výčet hydraulických pohonů v celé soustavě, které jsou podloženy příslušnými výpočty. Konečnou podobu balicí linky si lze prohlédnout na fotografiích na konci práce. V závěru je práce zhodnocena a bylo zmíněno nezbytné programové vybavení pro zpracování této práce.

The subject of this master thesis is the design of the hydraulic drive of the packaging line. The introductory part describes the design problems that need to be solved when designing a packaging line and clearly defines objectives of this thesis. The search was divided into two parts. At first, the similarities and differences of the various types of packing lines were highlighted, and then the systems used in the metal coil packing lines were introduced. The conceptual design solutions with positives and negatives are in the project part of the thesis. The following is a schema of the entire packaging line and a description of all the partial operations in the technical solution. The following is a list of hydraulic drives throughout the system, which are supported by the relevant calculations. The final form of the packaging line can be viewed in the photos at the end of the thesis. In conclusion, the work was evaluated and the necessary software for processing this thesis was mentioned.
