Obecní dům v Hlučíně

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování návrhu prostorové a funkční kostry lokality v centru města Hlučína. Řešení respektuje a využívá přírodní i kulturně historický potenciál a paměť místa. Zaměřuje se na nové obytné struktury a změny struktury stávající. V území je navržen nový objekt občanské vybavenosti – Obecní dům v Hlučíně a je zdůrazněn potenciál lokality bývalého zámeckého parku, který byl násilně rozdělen ulicí Ostravskou v návaznosti na historické centrum Hlučína. V lokalitě je řešen pobytový veřejný prostor včetně návrhu dopravní infrastruktury.

The subject of this thesis is the design of a spacial and functional skeleton of a locality in the town center of Hlučín. The design both respects and exploits the natural and cultural history potential of the site. It focuses on the newly arising residential structures and also the changes in the existing ones. The design proposes a new public facility in the area - the Hlučín Town (Municipal) Hall - emphasizing the potential for the former chateau park, which was rather unnaturally divided by the Ostravska street in connection with the historical center of Hlučín. A long stay public area is designed for the locality along with a layout of transport infrastructure.
