Rekonstrukce a dostavba domova s pečovatelskou službou, novostavba objektu s ordinacemi v obci Dolní Životice

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce je stávajúci objekt domova s opatrovateľskou službou v obci Dolní Životice. Objekt nespĺňa základné kritéria na bezbariérovosť stavby a taktiež z prevádzkového hľadiska nedisponuje požadovanými miestnosťami. Pôjde teda o väčšiu rekonštrukciu celého domova. Kedže stávajúci objekt je dosť malý a nezmestili by sa tam všetky požadované miestnosti, okrem rekonštrukcie pôjde aj o menšiu dostavbu, ktorá okrem chýbajúcich spoločenských priestorov bude obsahovať aj denný stacionár čo vyplynulo z požiadavok obyvateľov v obci. Objekt sa nachádza v prírodnom prostredí pri jazere v obklopení zelene, predpokladá sa teda jeho využitie pre rekreáciu a to nielen pre seniorov, ale taktiež pre ostatných obyvateľov obce. V náväznosti na domov s opatrovatelskou službou bude prevedený návrh novostavby objektu s ordináciami. Táto novostavba sa bude nachádzať na mieste, ktoré je v územnom pláne označené za dôležitý bod pri plánovaní stredu obce. Aj toto územie sa nachádza v obklopení zelene v návaznosti na zámocku záhradu, pôjde taktiež o odplnenie miest pre rekreáciu a detské ihrisko, ktoré v obci chýbajú. Hlavným cieľom návrhu je skvalitniť a spríjemniť život v obci Dolní Životice a to nielen seniorom.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the existing house of nursing home in the village Dolni Životice. The object does not meet the basic criteria for barrier-free construction and also does not have the required rooms from the operational point of view. This will lead to a larger reconstruction of the whole home. Since the existing object is small and all the required rooms would not fit there, there will also be a small completion, which in addition to the missing social spaces will include a daily stationary what emerged from the demands of the people in the village. The object is located in a natural environment near the lake, surrounded by greenery, so it is expected to be used for recreation not only for seniors, but also for others inhabitants of the municipality.A new building will be transferred to the nursing home object with ordinances. This new building will be located in a location that is designated as an important point in planning a village center. Also, this area is surrounded by greenery along the garden courtyard, it will also fill the places for recreation and the playground, which are missing in the village. The main objective of the proposal is to improve the life in the village of Dolní Životice, not only to the senior.
