Moderní formy komunikace uvnitř krizového štábu

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce jsou formy a prostředky komunikace krizového štábu. Úvod práce je věnován teoretickému základu krizového řízení. Na tuto část navazuje deskripce krizových štábů, informačních systémů a problematika komunikační podpory krizových štábů. Primární část práce popisuje aktuálně využívané moderní prostředky komunikace krizových štábů na území České republiky. Tato část byla provedena prostřednictvím dotazníkové metody. Na základě vyhodnocení dotazníkové metody se závěrečná část práce zabývá charakteristikou jednotlivých nástrojů. Následuje celkové zhodnocení aktuálního stavu a doporučení do budoucna.

The theme of this diploma thesis are the forms and means of communication crisis staff. Introduction is devoted to theoretical basis for crisis management. This part is followed to describe the crisis staff, information systems and the problems of communication support crisis staff. Primary part of the theses describes the current use of modern means of communication crisis staffs in the Czech Republic. This part was done through questionnaire method. On the basis of the evaluation questionnaire method, the final part deals with the characteristics of individual instruments. Followed overall evaluation current status and recommendations for the future.
