Diplomová práce se zabývá bezpečností a ochranou před výbuchem u výroby briket ze sena. Úvod práce popisuje základní právní úpravu a názvosloví. Hlavní cíl je zpracovat dokumentaci o ochraně před výbuchem. Práce přehledně popisuje informace, které jsou k dokumentaci potřeba. Důležitá data, tedy požárně technické charakteristiky prachu sena jsou experimentálně stanovena v laboratoři. Bezpečnostní analýza výroby ukazuje její rizika. Na základě zpracovaných dat jsou určena bezpečnostní opatření pro výrobu briket ze sena. Výsledkem práce je kompletně zpracovaná dokumentace o ochraně před výbuchem u výroby briket ze sena. Závěr práce se věnuje ekonomice výroby.

The thesis deals with security and explosion protection with the production of briquettes of hay. The introduction describes the basic rules and terminology. The main aim is to prepare the documentation of explosion protection. The thesis clearly describes the information that is needed for this type of documentation. The data of fire technical characteristics of dust of hay are experimentally determined in laboratory. Safety analysis of production shows the risk. Based on the processed data are defined security measures for the production of briquettes of hay. The result is complete processed documentation of explosion protection with the production of briquettes of hay. The conclusion deals with the economy of production.
