Analýza konkurence na trhu průmyslové automatizace v České republice

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je popsat situaci na trhu průmyslové automatizace (se zaměřením na průmyslové roboty) v České republice. V teoretické části práce je představena analyzovaná společnost, jsou prezentováni jednotliví dodavatelé průmyslové automatizace, kteří jsou zastoupeni na českém trhu a zdůrazněny vývojové trendy ve využití automatizace v podnicích s důrazem na koncept Průmysl 4.0. V praktické části jsou použity vybrané nástroje strategické analýzy, zejména SWOT analýza, PEST analýza, analýza konkurenčních skupin, matice BCG a analýza klíčových kompetencí společnosti Mitsubishi Electric. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro společnost Mitsubishi Electric a strategie dalšího rozvoje.

The goal of the master thesis is to describe today situation on the market of industrial automation in the Czech Republic with focus on industrial robots. In the theoretical part, analyzed company is described, suppliers of industrial automation operation on the Czech market are presented and development trends in automation usage in companies with stress on Industry 4.0 concept are described. In the field part, chosen tools of strategic analysis are used, particularly SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, analysis of strategic groups of Mitsubishi Electric corporation and BCG analysis. In the conclusion part, recommendations for Mitsubishi Electric corporation and a strategy for further development are mentioned.
