| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výrobním controllingem ve zvolené společnosti.
Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením finančního řízení a podstat controllingu z odborné literatury.
V praktické části je představena společnost Flash Steel Power, a.s., její charakteristika, výrobní program a organizační struktura. V dalším bodě je provedena analýza současného stavu výrobního controllingu.
Výsledkem provedené analýzy společnosti Flash Steel Power, a.s. je navržení zavedení odvádění práce pomocí čárového kódu.
V závěrečné části je provedeno zhodnocení přínosů, ekonomické náročnosti a případných rizik návrhu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis examines the process of production controlling in given company. The theoretical part is focused on determination of financial management and the core of controlling process according to technical literature. The practical part is focused on the company Flash Steel Power a.s. It is composed of characteristics of the company, its production process and the organizational structure. In the following section, analysis of a current state of the controlling process is presented. Analysis of the company Flash Steel Power, a.s. resulted in a proposal of introduction of barcode scanning system. The final section offers evaluation of the benefits of economic performance and potential risks of the proposal. | en |
