Analýza systému měření čistoty povrchu materiálu u dodavatele automobilového průmyslu

Abstract

Náplní této bakalářské práce je vypracování a vyhodnocení analýzy systému měření. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Část teoretická se zabývá představením současných přístupů k analýze systému měření. V části praktické je na úvod představena společnosti ve, které byla tato bakalářská práce vykonávána. Dále je představen měřící přístroj a obě měření, které byly provedeny. A nakonec této praktické části je uvedeno samotné zpracování a vyhodnocení analýzy systému měření dle metodiky MSA.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate and evaluate the analysis of measurement system. The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with presenting the current approaches to the analysis of the measurement system. The practical part introduces the company in which this bachelor thesis was performed. Next, the measuring instrument and the two measurements that have been performed are presented. Finally, this practical part includes the processing and evaluation of the analysis of the measurement system according to the MSA methodology.
