SMED analýza výměny pilových listů a nastavení pil.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá SMED analýzou výměny pilových listů a nastavení pil v úpravnách HCC společnosti ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky o štíhlé výrobě, jejím historickém kontextu, jejích dílčích pilířích a jednotlivých metodách. Jednou z nich je metoda SMED. V praktické části práce je představena společnost, její výrobní proces a dále provedena aplikace metody SMED. Cílem této práce je návrh opatření ke zkrácení doby výměny a tak zmenšení prostojů na trati.

This bachelor thesis focuses on an aplication of the SMED analysis of the saw blades changeover and the saw set-up in the company ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. The first part of the thesis is focused on a description of lean manufacturing especially its historical context and lean methods. One of these methods is Single-Minute Exchange of Die - SMED. In the practical part there is a description of the company, its manufacturing process and the aplication of the SMED method on on the selected proces of this company. The aim of this thesis is to make a recommendation of some practical steps to make the change over time shorter so the downtime would be smaller.
