Benchmarking vybraných těžebních společností

Abstract

Cílem mé práce je popsat základní metody benchmarkingu a následně je aplikovat na vybranou skupinu podniků. Jedná se o české společnosti zabývající se těžbou kamene. V první části práce je vymezen pojem benchmarking. Jsou zde uvedeny jeho typy, modely, cyklus a sféry využití. Ve druhé části je popsána finanční analýza, prostřednictvím které bude benchmarking proveden. V praktické části této práce, jsou pro každý podnik vypočítány ukazatele, které nejvíce vypovídají o hospodaření firmy. V závěru je stanovený tzv. leader skupiny.

The aim of my work is to describe the basic methods of benchmarking and apply them to a group of selected companies. These undertakings are engaged in stone mining. The first part defines the concept of benchmarking. There are presented the types, models and spheres of usage cycle. The second part describes the financial analysis, through which it will be implemented benchmarking. For each company were calculated most important indices for each year that reflect about company economy the most. In conclusion, it is determined leader of the group.
