Ekonomické zhodnocení alternativního zdroje tepla rodinného domu.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ekonomické zhodnocení výměny stávajícího zdroje tepla v rodinném domě za alternativní zdroj tepla. V teoretické části práce jsou nejprve vysvětleny základní pojmy související s problematikou dané oblasti. Věnuje se různým druhům alternativních zdrojů tepla a jejich způsobům využití. Dále uvádí důvody a ekonomické úvahy vedoucí ke konkrétnějšímu zvažování výměny stávajícího zdroje tepla za alternativní zdroj tepla. Praktická část je věnována ekonomickému zhodnocení, které zahrnuje ceny energií, investiční výdaje a dobu návratnosti.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the economic evaluation of replacing the existing heat source in a residential house with an alternative source of heat. The theoretical part of the thesis first explains the basic concepts related to the issues in this area. It deals with different types of alternative heat sources and their methods of use. It also mentions the reasons and economic considerations leading to a more specific consideration of replacing an existing heat source with an alternative source of heat. The practical part is devoted to an economic evaluation, which includes energy prices, investment expenses, and payback time.
