Rozšíření nabídky služeb společnosti Severočeská teplárenská, a.s.

Abstract

Korporace Severočeská teplárenská, a.s. je výhradním dodavatelem tepelné energie z primárního zařízení pro rozvod tepla, které je v jejím vlastnictví, v rámci měst Mostu a Litvínova. Proto, aby eliminovala jen těžce ovlivnitelné ztráty ve výnosech společnosti, se rozhodla zavést nové služby poskytované třetím stranám. Diplomová práce pojednává o možnostech rozšíření nabídky portfolia služeb směrem ven ze společnosti. Práce obsahuje zhodnocení vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů, výčet možností rozšíření nabídky služeb a popis, marketingový výzkum a cenovou kalkulaci konkrétní služby v oblasti geografického informačního systému.

Severoceska teplarenska, Inc. is the exclusive supplier of thermal energy as the owner of primary heat distribution system, within the cities of Most And Litvinov. Therefore, in order to eliminate hardly affected losses in company earnins, the company decided to introduce new services provided to third parties. The diploma thesis brings possibilities of expanding the portfolio of services out of the company. The thesis includes evaluation of selected economic indicators, list of possibilities to expand offered services, its description, marketing research and price calculation of chosen company service in geographic information system field.
