Kvalita napětí v distribučních sítích

Abstract

Tato disertační práce se zabývá řešením reklamací na kvalitu elektrické energie vzniklé na straně odběratelů elektrické energie. Problematika reklamaci na kvalitu elektrické energie je v této disertační práci řešena jak z pohledu legislativního, to znamená rozborem stěžejní normy kvality elektrické energie ČSN EN 50160 ed.3, tak také z pohledu řešení doby, místa, způsobu nahlášení a oprávněnosti reklamace na kvalitu elektrické energie. Oprávněnost reklamací na kvalitu elektrické energie byla provedena rozborem a srovnáním databází reklamací na kvalitu elektrické energie s naměřenými daty kvality elektrické energie ve vybraných místech severní Moravy s častým výskytem reklamací na kvalitu elektrické energie. Samotné měření parametrů kvality elektrické energie je provedeno na hladinách nízkého, vysokého a velmi vysokého napětí a výsledky jsou srovnány s normou ČSN EN 50160 ed.3. Výsledky měření parametrů kvality elektrické energie a srovnání dat reklamací na kvalitu elektrické energie slouží nejenom k vyhodnocení oprávněnosti reklamací na kvalitu elektrické energie, ale také může sloužit jako podklad pro sledování míst s častým výskytem reklamací na kvalitu elektrické energie nebo míst se zhoršenou kvalitou elektrické energie.

This doctoral thesis deals with resolving complaints on the quality of electricity incurred by the electricity consumers. The issue of complaints on the quality of the electricity in this doctoral thesis addressed both in terms of legislation, that is, an analysis of the key power quality standards EN 50160 ed.3, and also in terms of solving the time, place, method of notification and justification of the complaint on power quality . The legitimacy of complaints on power quality analysis was performed comparing a database of complaints on power quality measurement data of power quality in selected locations in northern Moravia, with frequent complaints about the quality of electricity. The actual measurement of power quality parameters is performed at levels low, high and very high voltage and the results are compared with the standard EN 50160 ed.3. The results of the measurement power quality parameters and compared the data of complaints on the quality of electrical energy is used not only to assess the legitimacy of complaints about the quality of electrical energy, but also can serve as a basis for monitoring sites with frequent complaints about the quality of electricity or places with poor power quality.
