Abstract

SLANÝ, Ondřej. Studie řešení vybavenosti odřadu WASAR. Diplomová práce. Ostrava: VŠB-Technická univerzita, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, 2018. 85 s. Předmětem této diplomové práce je studie řešení vybavenosti odřadu WASAR. Úvodní část je věnována popisu odřadu, který slouží pro záchranné práce na vodní hladině. Svým zaměřením a vybaveností je v rámci ČR jediným takto specializovaným odřadem. Následující část práce je věnována rozboru současného technického vybavení odřadu, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé používané prostředky. V návaznosti stávajícího vybavení je poté vytvořen návrh a koncepce nových technických prostředků odřadu s využitelností pro zásah. Součástí práce je analýza zahraničního trhu ve vztahu k dostupným prostředkům pro záchranu osob na vodě a seznámení s vybaveností zahraničních jednotek s obdobným charakterem činnosti. Samostatná část této práce je věnována koncepci uložení technických prostředků ve speciálních kontejnerech, kde jsou výsledkem navržené vhodné varianty uložení stávajících a nových technických prostředků, s důrazem na efektivnost a použití v místě zásahu. V závěru je provedena finanční analýza navrhovaného řešení s ohledem na výrobu kontejnerových modulů a pořízení technických prostředků.

SLANÝ, Ondřej. Study of the Solution of the WASAR Unit Equipment.The thesis. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering, 2018. 85 p. The subject of this diploma thesis is a study of the equipment solution of the WASAR Unit. The introductory part describes the department which serves for rescue work on the water surface. It is the only specialized department in the Czech Republic with such focus and equipment. The following part contains an analysis of the current technical equipment which describes the various gear and tools that are used. As a result of the existing equipment, the proposal and the design of new technical means is created for the purpose of deployment. The next part of the thesis analyzes the foreign market in relation to available gear and tools for rescue on water and familiarization with facilities of foreign units with a similar character of the activity. A separate part of this work is devoted to the concept of depositing technical equipment in special containers. It contains proposed suitable alternatives for depositing existing and new technical gear and tools with an emphasis on efficiency and use at the place of intervention. In conclusion, a financial analysis of the proposed solution is given with regard to the production of container modules and the cost of new technical means.
