Radomír Ščurek, Ph.D. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku provozování detektivních služeb v Ostravském regionu. První část práce popisuje soukromé detektivní služby. Jsou zde uvedeny právní aspekty týkající se detektivních služeb, potřebná odborná způsobilost soukromých detektivů, metody a postupy detektivních služeb. Závěr této části jsem věnoval spolupráci Visegrádské čtyřky v oblasti soukromých detektivních služeb. V druhé části práce jsem zjišťoval pomocí sociologického výzkumu metodou dotazníkového šetření zájem, o soukromé detektivní služby v Ostravském regionu.

Radomír Ščurek, Ph.D. The bachelor thesis is focused on isme of detective services in Ostrava region. The first part of the thesis describes private detektive services. Here are mentioned legislation aspects related to the private detektive services, neceséry professional competence, methods and processes of detective intelligence. The conclusion of this part is about cooperation of the Visegrad group in the fields of private detektive services. In the second part of the thesis I have investigated the interest of private detektive services in the Ostrava region using sociological research with the questionnaire survey method.
