| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda jsou zaměstnanci nad 55 let věku ve firmě ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a.s. ve své práci spokojeni a motivováni k vyšším pracovním výkonům. Ve firmě bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které identifikovalo oblasti, se kterými jsou zaměstnanci nespokojeni. Pro tyto oblasti byly navrhnuty návrhy na zlepšení a tyto návrhy byly následně ohodnoceny. | cs |
