Návrh a realizace změn v systému managementu kvality v souladu s požadavky ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje aktualizaci systému managementu kvality ve společnosti PRESSHYDRAULIKA, s.r.o. dle požadavků revidované normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je zpracován rozbor problematiky systému managementu kvality. V praktické časti této bakalářské práce je provedena analýza plnění jednotlivých požadavků normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 v definované společnosti. Dále je provedena sumarizace zjištěných skutečností s potřebou identifikovat neplněné požadavky revidované normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. Na tyto identifikované požadavky je navrženo a realizováno nápravné opatření vedoucí k úspěšné certifikaci organizace.

This bachelor thesis deals with the updating of the quality management system at PRESSHYDRAULIKA, s.r.o. according to the requirements of the revised standard ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2016. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the problems of the quality management system. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis there is analyzed the fulfillment of the individual requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2016 in a defined company. Furthermore, a summary of the identified facts is carried out with the need to identify the non-fulfilled requirements of the revised standard ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2016. A corrective action is proposed and implemented for these identified requirements leading to successful certification of the organization.
