Abstract

JURAČKA, D. Mrakodrap 3TOWERS: Bakalářská práce. Ostrava: VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra architektury, 2018. Vedoucí práce: Krčmář, I. Řešením je výškový objekt v navrženém urbanistickém konceptu Nové Vsi. Je posazen na rozšířeném toku řeky Odry a jedním ze symbolů proměny „vesnice“ na „srdce“ města Ostravy v jehož se geografickém středu nachází. Bakalářská práce s názvem „Mrakodrap 3TOWERS“ ve studijním oboru Architektura a stavitelství vychází z vypracovaného projektu v předmětu Ateliérová tvorba III a IV. Je řešena pouze část objektu. Práce je dělena na textovou část a přiloženou výkresovou dokumentaci. Textová část popisuje stávající stav a předložený návrh. Dále je v textové části vypracovaná průvodní, souhrnná technická zpráva a technická zpráva k objektu, dle vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb. O dokumentaci staveb v rozsahu zadaném vedoucím práce. K výkresové dokumentaci je také přiložena specializace – architektonický detail.

The architectural solution is a high-rise building in the designed suburban planning concept of Nová Ves. It is situated on the widening of the Odra River and is one of the symbols of transformation of “a village“ into “the heart“ of the City of Ostrava. It is located in its geographical centre. The Bachelor Thesis “3TOWERS Skyscraper“ in the course of study of Architecture and architectural engineering is based on the design developed in the subject of Studio work/production III and IV. Only a part of the building is resolved here. The Thesis consists of a theoretical part and drawing documentation which is enclosed. The theoretical part describes the current status and submitted design. The theoretical part also includes a developed covering overall technical report and technical report for the building according to Edict/vyhl. 499/2006 Sb. referring to the building documentation in the extent given by the work supervisor. Specialisation – an architectonic detail is attached to the drawing documentation.
