Rekonstrukce polyfunkčního objektu Štěpánkovice "Peterek"

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je rekonstrukce polyfunkčního domu ve Štěpánkovicích. V polyfunkčním domě bude umístěna v prvním nadzemním podlaží poštovní pobočka, obecní knihovna, obecní garáž se sklepním úložným prostorem a třemi byty v druhém nadzemním podlaží. Kromě samotného návrhu objektu bude bakalářská práce řešit také dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu. Součástí návrhu je i propočet investičních nákladů navrhovaného řešení. Stávající obecní pošta má nevyhovující prostory. Stávající obecní knihovna se nachází v budově školy, kde je spojená se žákovskou knihovnou, zde se také pořádají besedy, přednášky a výtvarné dílny. Přestěhováním obecní knihovny se uvolní prostor pro rozšíření kvality výuky či vznikne větší prostor pro přednášky, besedy a dílny na, které knihovna inkasovala dotace.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the reconstruction of the polyfunctional building in Štěpánkovice. In the polyfunctional house, a post office, a municipal library, a municipal garage with cellar storage space and three apartments on the second floor will be located on the first floor. Besides the design of the building itself, the bachelor's thesis will also address the transport and technical infrastructure. Part of the proposal is to calculate the investment costs of the proposed solution. Existing municipal post office has unsuitable spaces. The existing community library is located in the school building, which is connected with the pupil library, which also hosts lectures, lectures and art workshops. By relocating the local library, space will be released to enhance the quality of teaching, or more space will be created for lectures, conferences and workshops on which the library has collected subsidies.
