Územní studie využití ploch „Na Vlčochu“ a u hasičské zbrojnice v obci Štěpánkovice, osada Svoboda

Abstract

Bakalářská práce zpracovává územní studii v obci Štěpánkovice – Svoboda. Hlavním cílem je vytvořit funkční a kvalitní veřejné prostranství dvou zájmových ploch. První plochou je sportovní areál „Na Vlčochu“ a druhou je areál u hasičské zbrojnice. Tato práce obsahuje teoretická východiska, rozbor současného stavu obce, analýzu zájmových ploch a jejich okolí. Z uvedených poznatků vycházejí urbanistické návrhy řešení území. Studie je zpracována ve dvou variantách pro každé území. První alternativa obsahuje návrh technické infrastruktury, pro obě varianty je vyhotoven ekonomický propočet a návrh dopravního řešení.

This bachelor thesis deals with territorial study in the village „Štěpánkovice – Svoboda“. The main objective is to create a function and quality public area in two areas of interest. The first area is the sports complex „Na Vlčochu“ and the other is an area near the „fire-fighting armory“. The thesis contains a theoretical basic, analysis of the current state of the municipality, analysis the area of interest and their surroundings. According to these findings, urban planning proposals are based on the territorial solution. The study is conducted in two variants for each area. The first alternative includes technical infrastructure proposal, for both variants, economic calculation and how the design of transport solution is carried out.
