Predmetom diplomovej práce je skúmanie vývoja a stavu kultúrnej a turisticky atraktívnej obce s návrhom možného riešenia jej stabilizácie a udržateľného rozvoja. V teoretickej časti je obecne i lokálne analyzovaná problematika kultúry, komunity a turizmu a jeho vplyvu na život tradičnej dediny, obraz obce či komunity. Praktická časť, vychádzajúc z analýz, ponúka možné riešenie problematiky prostredníctvom návrhu Centra lokálnej komunity s kultúrnou, spoločenskou, vzdelávacou, voľnočasovou, športovou a hospodárskou funkciou, podporujúce znovuobnovenie hodnôt, komunitný život, umeleckú a kultúrnu vzdelanosť obyvateľov, sebestačnosť a udržateľnosť obce.

The theme of the diploma thesis is the exploration of the development and the state of cultural and tourist attractive village with the proposal of possible solution of its stabilization and sustainable development. In the theoretical part, the issue of culture, community and tourism and its influence on the life of the traditional village, the image of the community or image of the village are generally and locally analyzed. The practical part, based on the analyzes, offers a possible solution of the problem through the proposal of the Local community center with cultural, social, educational, leisure time activities, sports and economic function, supporting the renewal of values, community life, artistic and cultural education of the population, self-sufficiency and sustainability of the community.
