Vliv velikosti dotyku na hodnocení odchylky kruhovitosti pro odlišné drsnosti povrchu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem velikosti dotyku na hodnocení odchylky kruhovitosti. V úvodní části je popsán přehled problematik měření odchylek kruhovitosti a veškeré souvislosti s tématem diplomové práce. Experimentální část byla naměřena na třísouřadnicovém měřícím stroji WENZEL LH 65 X3M Premium s pomocí softwaru Metrosoft QUARTIZ R6 v laboratoři VŠB-TU Ostrava, Fakulta strojní, Katedry obrábění, montáže a strojírenské metrologie. Hlavním výsledkem diplomové práce je analýza vlivu velikosti dotyku na hodnocení odchylky kruhovitosti při odlišných drsnostech povrchu.

Master thesis is dealing with the influence of the size of touch on the evaluation of roundness deviation. In the introductory part is described an overview of the problems of measurement of roundness deviations and all the connection with the topic of master thesis. The experimental part was measured on the WENZEL LH 65 X3M Premium coordinate measuring machine and using the software Metrosoft QUARTIZ R6 in the laboratory of the VŠB-TU Ostrava, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of machining, Assembly and Engineering Metrology. The main result of the master thesis is the analysis of the influence of the size of the touch on the evaluation of the variance of circularity at different surface roughness.
