Odhad únavové životnosti stabilizační svorky

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá odhadem únavové životnosti stabilizační svorky. V úvodu teoretické části je seznámení s nízkocyklovou a vysokocyklovou únavou. Dále je popsána funkce příčného stabilizátoru a stabilizační svorky. Praktická část je zaměřena na výpočtový model pro odhad únavové životnosti stabilizační svorky, který je ve společnosti běžně využíván (tzv. Mubea standard). Následně jsou provedeny modifikace výpočtového modelu a navržení vhodnější metodiky vyhodnocování. Získané výsledky byly porovnány s experimentálním měřením. V závěru práce byla stanovena patřičná doporučení.

This bachelor thesis deals with the estimation of the fatigue life of the stabilization clamp. On the introduction of the theoretical part is familiarity with low-cycle and high-cycle fatigue. In the next part of the thesis is described of stabilizer bar function and the stabilizer clamp. In the introduction of the practical part is described a calculation model for estimation of the fatigue life of the stabilizer clamp according to the Mubea standard. Subsequently, modifications of the calculation model are made and a more appropriate evaluation methodology is proposed. The results of the entire work were compared and recommendations were issued, resulting from the results achieved.
