Mechanický nahrávač míčků pro tenis

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem mechanického nahrávače míčku pro tenis. V úvodu práce je proveden přehled dostupných zařízení na trhu. Konstrukční návrh vychází z dostupných nahrávačů na trhu. Vystřelovací mechanismus nahrávače jsou dva rotující kotouče ve svislé poloze. Každý kotouč má vlastní motor. K přenosu krouticího momentu je využit řemenový převod. Navržená hřídel je zkontrolovaná statickou i dynamickou pevnostní kontrolou. Dále je proveden výpočet trvanlivosti ložisek a zajištění dostatečné kapacity zásobníku na míčky. V další části je ověřeno, že míček po výstřelu dopadne do tenisového dvorce. Výkres navrženého nahrávače je součásti přílohy bakalářské práce.

The bachelor thesis focuses on construction design of the mechanical tennis ball launcher. The introduction includes summary of available devices on the market. My construction design is derived out of the devices on the market. The launching mechanism consist of two vertically positioned rotating reels. Each reel with its own engine. Belt transfer is used for transmission of spinning moment. Designed shaft is controlled by static and dynamic strength. Following up is calculation of bearing durability and ensuring sufficient capacity for the ball launcher stack. Next part covers calculation of the tennis ball accurately hitting the tennis court. Part of the bachelor thesis is the actual design of the tennis ball launcher which you will find in attachments.
