Analýza konkurenceschopnosti na trhu s hutním materiálem

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti na trhu s hutním materiálem. Tato práce poukazuje na problematiku spojenou s konkurenceschopností společností, zabývající se zpracováním hutního materiálu. Diplomová práce zahrnuje veškeré informace o konkurenceschopnosti na trhu, díky které je společnost ovlivněna, dále o použitých metodách strategické analýzy a SWOT analýzy. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. První část diplomové práce obsahuje metody řešené problematiky a základní informace všech vybraných společností. Praktickou část zahrnuje především použití SWOT analýzy, a následné zhodnocení všech výsledků analýzy s výslednými návrhy a doporučeními.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the competitiveness of the metallurgical material market. This thesis highlights the issues related to the competitiveness of the company, dealing with the processing of metallurgical material. The diploma thesis includes all information on the competitive market, which makes the company affected, the methods used for strategic analysis and SWOT analysis. The work is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The first part of the diploma thesis contains methods of solved problems and basic information of all selected companies. The practical part includes in particular the use of SWOT analysis, and the subsequent evaluation of all analytical results with the resulting proposals and recommendations.
