Návrh řešení efektivnosti provozu gravitační dopravy písků a kaolinových jílů

Abstract

Předložená práce se zabývá technologií a řešením efektivnosti gravitační dopravy ve stávající technologii kaolinové úpravny v Božičanech společnosti Sedlecký kaolin a. s. První část práce se zabývá všeobecným představením, možností dopravy, důvody jejího použití, vhodné volby materiálů v závislosti na vlastnostech dopravovaných hmot, možnosti variability montáže a ekonomické výroby gravitačních žlabů a skluzů. V druhé části se práce zabývá zhodnocením a přínosem návrhu v závislosti na prodloužení životnosti gravitačních žlabů a skluzů, zkrácení prostojů a časového fondu oprav navazující technologie, vlivu volby ochranných materiálů z důvodů neznehodnocování kvality dopravované suroviny působením abraze a obsahu těchto částí v dopravovaných materiálech. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny získané poznatky dané problematiky a uvedeny postřehy, které jsou získané při konzultacích k tématu a při praxi v tomto oboru.
