Geodetické práce při výstavbě skladovací haly firmy Britterm

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce si dala za úkol popsat sled geodetických činností při výstavbě přístavby skladovací haly pobočky firmy Britterm a.s. v k.ú.Moravský Písek. V první části práce jsou rozebrány teoretické poznatky nezbytné pro správné porozumění problematiky, která provází geodeta v rámci jeho činností při investiční výstavbě. Bude se jednat o vybudování měřické sítě, vlastní vytyčení prostorové polohy stavebního objektu, dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby a závěrem vyhotovení geometrického plánu nutného pro zápis stavby do katastru nemovitostí. Ve druhé prakticky zaměřené části jsou aplikovány teoretické znalosti přímo na stavbě, případně v kanceláři při následném zpracování naměřených dat.

This thesis describes the sequence of geodetic activities related to the construction of a storage hall extension for the joint-stock company Britterm, located on the cadastral territory of Moravský Písek. The first part of the thesis analyzes the theoretical knowledge required for a proper understanding of the problems that geodesists haveto deal with in investment construction, namely: the construction of the measuring network, the spatial positioning of the building, the documentation of the achal construction and, finally, the preparation of the geometric plan needed for registering the building in the Land Registry. In the second, practical part of the thesis, the theoretical knowledge is applied directly both on the site and in the construction office hen processing the data acquired from measuring.
