Geometrický plán na rozdělení pozemku

Abstract

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je geometrický plán pro rozdělení pozemku v katastrálním území Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. Teoretická část se věnuje geometrickým plánům obecně. V jednotlivých kapitolách je popsána historie geometrických plánů, pro jaké účely se vyhotovují, dále podklady, náležitosti, kdo je ověřuje a kdo potvrzuje. Následně se zabývá záznamu podrobného měření změn a charakteristice přesnosti. Praktická část se zaobírá konkrétním geometrickým plánem. Popisuje zeměměřické činnosti nutné pro vyhotovení GP, rekognoskaci terénu, zaměření změny v terénu a následné zpracování v softwarech GEUS a GEOMETR.

The main theme of this bachelor thesis is the geometric plan of the plot division in the Cadastral area of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The theoretical part deals with geometric plans in general. In individual chapters is described history of geometric plans, for what purposes are made, foundations, the essentials, who is the verifier and confirmer. Then it deals with the documentation of detailed survey of changes and characteristic of accuracy. The practical part deals with the particular geometric plan. It describes the surveying activities necessary for making of, reconnaissance of terrain, measurement of changes in terrain and following processing in software GEUS and GEOMETR.
