| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou chemického složení a ekotoxicitou splachů z komunikací na území města Ostravy. Teoretická část práce je věnována charakteristice oblasti a popisu přírodních poměrů, problematice dešťové vody v urbanizovaných územích a ekotoxicitě, včetně příslušné legislativy a metod stanovení. Náplní praktické části práce je metodika odběru a analýzy vzorků s následným vyhodnocením výsledků. Ekotoxikologické testy odebraných vzorků byly provedeny na bakteriích Vibrio fischeri. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of chemical composition and ecotoxicity of stormwater runoff from urban roads in the city of Ostrava. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of the area and the description of natural conditions, rainwater issues in urbanized areas and ecotoxicity, including the relevant legislation and methods of determination. The practical part of the work is the methodology of sampling and analysis of samples with subsequent evaluation of results. The ecotoxicological tests of the samples were carried out on the Vibrio fischeri bacteria. | en |
