Vedoucí: Ing. Martin Ferko, Ph.D. Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh nového využití bývalého zemědělského areálu v Bohuslavicích se zaměřením na správní budovu. Návrh bude obsahovat popis současného a navrhovaného stavu objektů a jejich území v souladu s územním plánem a limitami využití území. Návrh bude zpracován ve dvou variantách. Současně bude provedeno vyhodnocení předpokládaných finančních nákladů na navržené varianty řešení, a také bude vypočtena potřeba kapacit technické infrastruktury pro nové využití areálu. Práce bude vyhotovena v 3D projektu ve vztahu k BIM (informačnímu modelování budov), a dále bude zpracována vizualizace navržených variant.

Supervisor: Ing. Martin Ferko, Ph.D. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to propose a new usage of the previous agricultural complex in Bohuslavice, that would focus on an administrative building. The proposal will contain a description of the current and proposed standings of the objects and their area in accordance with the ground plan and the limits of the land use. The offer will be processed in two variations. At the same time, the estimated financial cost of the proposed various solutions will be assessed as well as the necessity for the capacity of the technical infrastructure for the new usage of the site. The project will be completed in a 3D design in regards to the BIM (information modeling of buildings), furthermore, the visualization of the proposed variants will be processed as well.
