Bernhard Mittermaier, a member both of the project group and of the negotiation team of DEAL , gives an insight into the DEAL negotiation in Germany: Description of the contract with Wiley, a general overview on the status of the negotiations with Springer Nature and a description how Germany handles having no access to Elsevier.
