Volné skládky dřevní hmoty z hlediska požární bezpečnosti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou volných skládek dřevní hmoty. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do 10 kapitol. V první kapitole jsou uvedeny některé základní pojmy a definice, se kterými je v této bakalářské práci pracováno. Ve druhé kapitole jsou uvedeny požáry volných skládek dřevní hmoty, které se staly na území České republiky a zemích Evropské unie. Dále se tato kapitola zabývá statistickým sledováním požárů volných skládek na území České republiky. Třetí kapitola se zabývá rozborem normy pro skladování dřevní hmoty ČSN 49 0071 Usporiadanie skladov dreva z hladiska požiarnej bezpečnosti. Další kapitoly bakalářské práce se zabývají teorií hoření dřeva, výpočty bezpečnostních vzdáleností, bezpečnostním opatřením, postupem zdolávání požáru volné skládky dřevní hmoty a legislativním a normativním rámcem z hlediska požární ochrany volných skládek dřevní hmoty. V závěru jsou shrnuty poznatky z analytické části práce, na základě kterých, je uvedeno doporučení na nutnost aktualizace citované ČSN 49 0071.

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of free landfills of wood mass. Bachelor thesis is divided into 10 chapters. The first chapter contains some basic concepts and definitions which the bachelor thesis is working with. In the second chapter there are fires of free landfills of wood mass, which have happened in the territory of the Czech Republic and the countries of the European Union. Furthermore, this chapter deals with statistical monitoring of fires of free landfills in the territory of the Czech Republic. The third chapter deals with the analysis of the standard for the storage of wood mass, ČSN 49 0071 Arrangement of wood storages with respect to fire safety (“Usporiadanie skladov dreva z hladiska požiarnej bezpečnosti”). Other chapters of Bachelor thesis deal with wood burning theory, calculation of safety distances, safety measures, fire- fighting procedure of free landfill of wood mass and legislative and normative framework in terms of fire protection of free landfills of wood matter. The findings from the analytical part of the work are summarised in the conclusion. On the basis of the findings we recommend the update of quoted ČSN 49 0071.
