| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením stávajícího stavu výcviku služebních psů a zjišťováním nedostatků, které se vyskytují v systému kynologie v ČR. První část práce popisuje teoretické vymezení problematiky. Následně se zabývá charakteristikou systému kynologie v ČR a jejími nedostatky. V práci je dále popsán systém kynologie v USA. V práci byla provedena SWOT analýza hodnotící stav kynologie v ČR. Závěr práce je zaměřen na porovnání systému ČR s USA a vytvoření nápravných opatření, které vychází ze SWOT analýzy. Opatření by měly zkvalitnit výcvik a zvýšit efektivitu činnosti služební kynologie. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis deals with the assessment of the current state of training of service dogs and the detection of deficiencies that occur in the cynology system in the Czech Republic. The first part describes the theoretical definition of the problematics. Subsequently, it deals with the characteristics of the cynology system in the Czech Republic and its shortcomings. The thesis also describes the cynology system in the USA. The SWOT analysis evaluating the state of cynology in the Czech Republic was performed. The conclusion of the thesis is focused on the comparison of the Czech Republic's system with the USA and the creation of corrective measures based on the SWOT analysis. The measures should improve the training and increase the efficiency of the service cynology. | en |
