Specifika panelových bytových domů z pohledu požární bezpečnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky panelových bytových domů z hlediska požární bezpečnosti. Práce je rozdělena na pět částí. V prvních dvou částech je uvedena historie a vývoj výstavby panelových bytových domů na území tehdejšího Československa. Dále je zde popsána historie a vývoj předpisů řešící požární bezpečnost těchto objektů i ve ztahu ke zjišťování příčin požárů. V třetí části práce jsou popsána jednotlivá sídliště na území Liberce. Ve čtvrté části jsou popsány konkrétní konstrukční soustavy typových panelových domů a získané podklady jsou zhodnoceny k vytvoření návrhů informativní podpory pro příslušníky Hasičského záchranného sboru Libereckého kraje. V závěru práce popisuje obecně nejčastější nedostatky při užívání panelových bytových domů a při provádění jejich rekonstrukcí s ohledem na požární bezpečnost staveb.

The bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of prefabricated apartment buildings in terms of fire safety. The thesis is divided into five parts. In the first two parts, the history and development of the construction of prefabricated blocks of flats in the former Czechoslovakia is mentioned. There is also described the history and development of regulations dealing with fire safety of these objects and in relation to the detection of causes of fires. In the third part of the thesis, individual settlements in the territory of Liberec are described. The fourth part describes concrete structural systems of type panel houses and the obtained data are evaluated to create information support proposals for members of the Fire Rescue Service of the Liberec Region. At the end of the work, it describes the most common deficiencies in the use of prefabricated blocks of flats and in their reconstruction with respect to fire safety of buildings.
