Hodnocení dodavatelů materiálu společnosti OSTROJ a. s.

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je hodnocení dodavatelů materiálu společnosti OSTROJ a. s. Teoretická část je zaměřena na společnost OSTROJ a. s., nákup a jeho funkce, výběr dodavatelů, na metodiku hodnocení a metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Praktická část se zabývá posouzením současného stavu hodnocení dodavatelů společnosti OSTROJ a. s. a navržení vhodnějšího hodnocení. Hlavními cíli bakalářské práce je porovnání současného a navrhovaného hodnocení, vyhodnocení úrovně dodavatelů a navržení doporučení na zlepšení.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of material suppliers at OSTROJ a. s. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on OSTROJ a. s. company, their concept and functions of purchasing, the supplier selection, the methodology of evaluation and the methods of multicriteria decision making. The practical part deals with the evaluation of the current state of evaluation of the material suppliers at OSTROJ a. s. and the proposal of a more suitable evaluation. The main goals of the bachelor thesis are to compare the current and proposed evaluation, to assess the level of the suppliers and to suggest some recommendations for improvement.
