Strategická analýza vybraného podniku ve fázi připravované fúze

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce „Strategická analýza vybrané společnosti ve fázi připravované fúze“ je teoreticky popsat problematiku fúze dvou společností a metody vnitřní a vnější strategické analýzy podniku. Následně v praktické části aplikovat vybrané metody v dané společnosti PROMOS CZ, s.r.o., na základě provedené analýzy navrhnout opatření k zabezpečení úspěšné realizace připravované fúze, a následně daná opatření vyhodnotit.

The object of this thesis „Strategic Analysis of the Selected Company in the Stage of Merger Preparation“ is to teoretically describe the problematics of fusion of two companies and the methods of internal and external strategic analysis of the company. The aim of this thesis is dedicated to applying suggested methods in the selected company PROMOS CZ, s.r.o., propose measures for succesful realization of the fusion and then carefully evaluate those selected measures.
