Laboratorní ověření nové metody zpracování čistírenských kalů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na laboratorní ověření metody hydrotermální karbonizace pro zpracování čistírenských kalů, na kvantitu a kvalitu pevné a plynné fáze, na porovnání rozdílů mezi jednotlivými kaly, odebraných na třech konkrétních čistírnách odpadních vod, na návrhu provedení této metody, na konstrukci zařízení, sloužícího pro účely tohoto zpracování a na závěrečném posouzení možnosti použití tohoto způsobu zpracování pro čistírenské kaly. Teoretická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou čistírenských kalů, platnou zahraniční i českou legislativou, spojenou s popisem i manipulací čistírenských kalů, dále současnými způsoby nakládání s čistírenskými kaly a seznamuje čtenáře s metodou hydrotermální karbonizace. V rámci této práce byl proveden i experiment s čistírenskými kaly, odebranými na třech vybraných čistírnách odpadních vod. Konkrétně na ČOV v obci Hať a ve městech Opava a Ostrava. Práce ve své experimentální části popisuje předúpravu čistírenských kalů a samotnou aplikaci této metody na vybraný odpad. Součástí této části je i vyhodnocení kvality a kvantity odebraných fází, které shrnuje materiálová bilance, grafy a analytické rozbory.

This bachelor thesis is focused on laboratory verification of hydrothermal carbonization method for sewage sludge treatment, on quantity and quality of solid and gaseous phase, on comparison of differences between individual sludges, which were taken at three specific wastewater treatment plants, on design of this method, on construction of equipment for the purpose of this treatment and for the final assessment of the possibility of using this method for treatment of sewage sludge. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of sewage sludge, valid foreign and Czech legislation, connected with the description and handling of sewage sludge, as well as with the current treatment of sewage sludge and introduces the reader to the hydrothermal carbonization method. In this work, an experiment was conducted with sewage sludges collected in three selected wastewater treatment plants. Specifically at the treatment plants in the village Hať and in the towns Opava and Ostrava. The work in experimental part describes the pre-treatment of sewage sludge and the actual application of this method to selected waste. This part also includes the evaluation of the quality and quantity of the collected phases, which are summarized by the material balance, graphs and analytical analyzes.
