Abstract

SELER, T.: ,,MĚSTO NA KOLEJÍCH“ jako a propojení vnitřního města s předměstím tzv. Jižního centra prostřednictvím inovativních alternativ provizorních funkcí. Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření architektonické studie pro urbanistické využití ploch po bývalých kolejích v souvislosti se starým nádražím v Brně. Prostřednictvím návrhu využití kolejiště s potlačením městských domů v pásu kolem V. nástupiště je třeba se vyrovnat se zapojením přilehlých prostor a s hledáním scelujícího charakteru pro napojení stabilních funkcí města zvyšujících budoucí atraktivitu místa. Hlavní myšlenkou je vazba vnitřního města na budoucí metropolitní proměny území Jižního centra. V detailech architektonického návrhu jde o využití synergie mobilních a stabilních funkcí s doplněním mobilního bydlení o hmotu příručního charakteru přiléhajících budov, např. o prověření umístění významných nebo společenských funkcí anebo jiných, například dopravně významných jako podzemních garáží nebo dalších doplňujících funkcí, spolu s možností vytvoření podmínek pro nové, funkčně významnější budoucí objekty.
