Stavebně technicky průzkum zemědělského objektu

Abstract

Zemědělské objekty, ať už funkční nebo neužívané, se vyskytují téměř v každém sídelním útvaru. Tyto stavební konstrukce jsou specifické svou technologií výstavby, způsobem využití a také degradací, což ovlivňuje i metodiku provádění stavebně technického průzkumu. V rámci bakalářské práce je tak na konkrétním případě zděného zemědělského objektu řešena jeho diagnostika.

V rámci teoretické části této práce je uvedena problematika cihelného zdiva i železobetonových prvků, dále vad, poruch a degradací, a v neposlední řadě stavebně technických průzkumů. Praktická část je zaměřená na stavebně technický průzkum konkrétního zemědělského objektu ve vesnici Šunychl. V rámci předběžné fáze průzkumu byly popsány stavební konstrukce a identifikovány kritická místa. Podrobná fáze průzkumu staveb zahrnovala diagnostická měření související právě s využitím pro zemědělské účely, konkrétně stanovení vlhkosti, salinity a pevnosti materiálu Na základě těchto výsledku bylo možné identifikovat problémy řešené stavby a celkově zhodnotit její současný stav, čehož lze analogicky využít i u dalších zemědělských objektů.

Agricultural buildings, functional or unused, occur in almost every settlement. These building structures are specific for their technology of construction, way of use and also for degradation, which also influences the methodology of a technical building investigation. In the theoretical part of this work there is presented the issue of brickwork and reinforced concrete elements, as well as defects, failures and degradation, and last but not least, technical building investigation. The practical part is focused on the technical building investigation of a specific agricultural object in the village of Šunychl. In the preliminary phase of the investigation, building structures and critical points were identified. The detailed survey of the buildings included diagnostic measurements related to agricultural use, namely the determination of moisture, salinity and strength of the material. On the basis of these results it was possible to identify the problems of the solved construction and to evaluate its current state, which can be used analogously in other agricultural objects.
