Teleskopický výložník mobilního jeřábu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem teleskopického výložníku mobilní jeřábu. V první části je popsána rešerše teleskopických výložníků se zaměřením na počet výsuvných dílů a jejich ovládání výsuvu. V další části jsou výpočty, kde bylo spočítáno: ocelové lano, rozměry přímočarých hydromotorů pro vysouvání a sklápění, tažné elementy výložníku a návrh čepů. V poslední části je sestavný výkres teleskopického výložníku a výkres jednoho dílu výložníku.

The diploma thesis is focussed on the design of mobile telescopic crane boom. The first part describes the telescoping crane boom systems with a different number of stages. The second part includes calculations of wire rope, dimensions of linear hydraulic motors for telescoping and elevation of the telescopic crane boom, pulling parts of mechanism and pin calculations. In the last part is attached assembly drawing of the telescopic crane boom and drawing of the selected machine part.
